The challenge
Appointments booked by phone and written in notebooks, paper patient files that were hard to look up, and invoices that never came together in one place — management couldn’t know the day’s revenue without a manual count at closing. With more than one branch, the chaos multiplied: no unified picture of appointments or revenue across locations.
The solution
We built an Arabic-first management platform designed around how clinics and beauty centers in Iraq actually work:
- Appointment scheduling per doctor/specialist with reminders and conflict prevention
- Electronic client files with full visit and service history
- Priced services and invoicing with customizable discounts and packages
- Daily and monthly revenue reports per branch and per service
- Tiered permissions: reception sees a different view than management
- A simple RTL interface new staff master on day one
The outcome
Booking, files, and billing live in one system, and management sees the day’s revenue in real time across branches instead of waiting for the manual count.
